These photos were taken in Owego at the "aFORDable car wash" on Central Ave in Owego. The snow and ice on the roof, had thawed just enough to slide off by about two feet, then stopped and refroze. the Holiday lights still up under the eves helped to back light the awesome icicles as well as the street light near by. It reminded me of the childhood game of "FREEZE" where players had to freeze in place after walking, dancing or running around, when the Caller yelled out "freeze".
