I work on the hill near WBNG's studios, and couldn't resist taking a photo during the last snow storm while making my way up Fairview street.

I never been up there but I imagine it's got a great view. That's Deyo Hill I think, over 1500 ft. A great view is up on Ely Park, you can see Deyo Hill, Bunn Hill and Ingraham Hill. From Mt Hunger (southeast of Whitney Pt) you can see Endicott 15 mi
