With the surreal warm temperatures present at lunch time today, I decided to head out with my camera and see if there was anything of interest to shoot. As I started to cross the South Washington St. Bridge off of Conklin Ave, I happened to notice that the State Office Building was reflecting quite nicely off of the ice in the still frozen Susquehanna river. So . . . I changed direction, got a better view / angle of said reflection and here it is. :)
