A very close match up between the Hancock and Jefferson whom battled back and forth through out most of the quarters. High Scorer of the game Tom Banicky with 19 points brought the win home with his teammate Eric Hicks who scored 17. The team will travel to Oneonta State next week to start the quarter finals round of the State championship. It's been a long time coming for this to happen to the small town of Hancock close to 40 yrs. So proud of these boys!!!!

First time ever!!!! Sorry for the 40 year information that was not correct. They may have been in a game but never won....until yesterday
