As is common in Spring, the seagulls are here to feed on the annual bug bounty along the banks of the Chenango. With the River quite high yet from runoff, areas that are normally dry are partly flooded making an easy place for them to feed on the many insects. Lots of those there. I kept having to slap them off my face while shooting the gulls at their buffet. Eat away guys!

Ah Ha! So that's what I saw in Apalachin on Tuesday... Probably 100 or so of them floating down stream, flying back, floating, flying... Guess it was the "entertainment" break.
