This weekend the Phelps Mansion in Binghamton, is having it's regular tours of the mansion, but in addition, there are period gowns from 1800-1900 on display. I want to give a personal Thank you to Bernie the resident guide, for a phenomenal and highly informative tour. I will return next weekend, I was so excited, I know I missed things.
