National bird and symbol of the United States of America, the Bald Eagle has made a remarkable comeback. Eagles have been sighted throughout the Southern Tier. This eagle was found along the Susquehanna River in Sayre, PA.

Hi Geode. Well, they may not be on the endangered species list, but they're still at risk, even more so than 10 years ago because of all the harmful toxins and industrial deregulation which has (recently) resulted in some of the worst disasters :/
