Much like the entire Southern Tier Owego didn't escape damage from last nights torrential downpour. Traffic on North Ave had to be rerouted because the underpass was flooded. Even our development at the top of Davis Hill Rd in the Town of Owego received some damage with basement flooding and road damage

im glad they are okay... i live in owego and my street is a mess... i have pictures of the underpass taken thursday (the 8th) i didnt know it was over the underpass.. im glad they are all safe... i will pray for you guys!!

this was early on, by the time we got there to rescue our daughter and grandchildren the water was up to the top of that underpass. the are all safe now! thank you to all the rescue personell!!!!
