My name is Crystal Odell. I live at 27386 State Highway 206 in Downsville, NY. I have been in contact for the past 2 years with The State Highway Dept. about a little stream that is about 20 feet from the fromt of our house. This stream floods whenever it pours. I have water running over my driveway destroying it, water running under my house, and a 10 year old daughter with the terminal lung disease Cystic Fibrosis. She currently has a IV PICC line in which I administer anibiotics through. Her at home nurse couldn't get through the driveway this morning for her ceck-up because of the stream flooding. When is someone going to get here to fix this problem?? All they would have to do is dig it out. What do you think I should do??
