This has not been fixed since the great flood of 2006. Off and on repairs have been made but have not lasted, and each time it rains the water runs all over the road. After so many years how come PennDot cannot keep this fixed? This is on Franklin Hill Road in Susquehanna County Pa. Thanks!

I dont think they fix it because they're putting in a drilling rig on that road. i.e. thousands of trucks will definatly degrade that road. Plus with the GOP cutting everything to pay for tax breaks for the rich, wars, 0IL Cartels, no money to fix :/
