This wagon "appeared" on the corner of Whitney Ave and Robinson St. ( on Binghamton's East side) sometime last week. Neighbors want to know... what is is?? And who owns it??? It looks like it's in perfect condition... but it's "out of place!!"

It's probably someone who's boycotting the OIL Cartels high prices. I told people last year it was going up and it's all preplanned. It's not going down until 2012 or 2013, after the NeoCons transform this country into a 3rd world country.
