Richard is a local, born and raised in the Tri-Cities area, he attended Chenango Valley High School. He is currently on deployment aboard the USS Carl Vinson serving this amazing country! His family, wife and friends couldn't more proud of him! We look forward to his safe arrival home! His wife Rebecca and one year old son eagerly await him! God bless America!
