These Tulips are planted at the Tioga County Cooperative Extensions offices on McMaster and Main streets in Owego. They looked so fresh and bright. They were probably enjoying the sun and warmth more than I was.

Thank you Chiaramonte! And I didn't have to plant one bulb or pull one weed. That's the fun part of taking pics of other peoples flowers!
