I guess this is the pay off for all that rain we had. Today in Owego it was at least 80, and up on the hill at Evergreen Cemetery where it's leafing out was a good place to be. The view is greening up nicely... once you figured out where you were through the pollen haze! I think a little rain would help that... Heaven help me for saying it!
