Crews continued to water down the rubble left from today's fire on Water Street in Binghamton, NY. Streets were blocked off and a Respiratory Alert was issued because of the smoke and fumes that seemed to blanket most of downtown Binghamton. Power was returned to Water Street at 12:07am. Fire crews thinned out and barricades lifted. Now all that remains is a pile of rubble and a better view of the bridge in the distance.
