I have never seen this before, a Rainbow without rain.

BTW you know the FAA says those Clouds don't exist? Yep, according to them, Contrails disapear within 20 minutes, but those last for hours. A news station in Louisina tested chemtrail fallout and found high levels of aluminum and barium, bad 4 health

Hi TMAC1965, it was very cloudy the 4th of July there :/ It's Chemtrails you know? That Rainbow color reminds me of Plasma used by HAARP to create Earth Quakes or to ionize the atmosphere to control the weather. Jessie Ventura did a show about it.
