Tioga Downs had the ground breaking ceremony for Phase I of new additions to the Racino located in Nichols, NY on Wednesday July 6th. This phase is for the water treatment facility necessary so the project can continue. The next phases include a 132 room hotel, restaurant, banquet facility and a parking garage
