The Village of Owego is planning a "Gateway Community Park" project which will provide residents and visitors alike a place to enjoy the Susquehanna River with additional access to the "Riverwalk" which was opened in 2009. They are planning to have a Brick Patio which will feature names of donors to the project. A pavilion and tables will also be available. The area will have handicap access as well.
