We found this kitten just after my father in law passed on. He was at Popps house one day all by himself and followed my husband all over. He was a very sick little guy. Infections in his eyes and so infested with fleas and dehydrated the vet said he didn't know if he would live. Well thanks to Dr West and our dog Natasha, Rusty is just fine now. She adopted him and wouldn't leave him. They are still Buds.
