My Matron of the house Tona, our Miniature Pincer, was adopted by us at 1.5 yrs and was the only dog in the home for about 7 years. Then we brought Bene the Italian Greyhound home, she wasn't so sure she liked him around. At 9 yrs old now, she can be grumpy and act just like a big sister, but she loves her Brother. As a matter of fact, they are inseparable. On a recent trip to Taughannock falls, she loved the water but he didn't so they were split up. Both of them were enjoying their time, but constantly turned around looking for each other. Tona is a Mighty-Awesome Big sister!
