I saw this accident on the overpass by CFJ Park in Johnson City. It appears that a truck, which bared the trucking company name "Watkins & Shepard," had suffered significant damage after hitting the concrete barrier on the side of the road. Police were just arriving on the scene and routing traffic from the area and I was unable to view the damage from the other side of the truck nor determine if there were any other vehicles or parties involved.
