Flooding On The Vestal Parkway

On 8/7/11 there was lots of heavy rain. This lead to bad flooding on the parkway. Areas like the Parkway Plaza became inaccessible due to the rushing water. The water gathered on the sides of the road and even spilled into the lanes. The water quickly receded however after the rain stopped.
