Noticed the popularity of the vetch along the Chenango River as a food source for many insects. Particularly Butterflies and bees. Walking the bank is not recommended for anyone that has a sensitivity to bee stings. as the area has literally hundreds of bumblebees and honey bees s well as butterflies feeding on these blooms. I have yet to be stung so far, thankfully.
