Upon heading to lunch I saw Norfolk Southerns OCS Train pass by the JC Police station area and one of the engines was smoking, not really a bad thing sometimes. I chased the train down to the 201 bridge and got a picture, when I noticed railroad employees walking around the train and the 4th engine was smoking way to much, next thing I know JC fire and police arrived on the scene. This was more than an older train with some smoke coming out the engine. This was a real fire.
