East Franklin at Skye Island Dr is barricaded, but at 12:20 still able to get onto Skye Island. Many intersections on the N. Side from Pine street down, are covered with swiftly running water, but passable. One manhole cover is off at Cornell and Jenkins. Good day to stay home with a book and a big pot of soup or chili!
