This morning I attempted to go down Pennsylvania Avenue from the Little Meadows area towards Rte 434. I had to stop and turn around when I saw that the Lily Hill Rd / Pennseylvania Ave intersection was completely washed away, chunks of asphalt strewn among tree branches with a muddy river flowing around it.
