Three of the many pics taken today as I walked about the North Side of Binghamton.
1. Transmission tower appears to be in danger of flooding as water of the Chenango River reached a new height. within a couple of feet of the base and overtopping the flood wall.
2.Longer shot of the flood wall area and businesses behind it. The thin dark line is the flood wall. Water is also within a few feet of the lower part of the RR bridge.
3. Entrance to EMS Tech. (my employer) flooded by standing water unable to be taken in by the catch basin. This was just before noon today.
