These photos were taken around the Endicott flood wall, West of the UEHS at the Vestal bridge. While I was there it was obvious after seeing that the water cascading over the flood wall, on the West side of the bridge, meant the water touching the underside of the bridge deck, would more than likely be flowing over the bridge before long.
