Flooding in Oxford Sept. 8, 2011

The flooding has ruined Gary and Sharon Carpenter's house for the second time in a decade. The waters started to really rise around 5:30am and by 9:00am the first floor of their home was under water.

i believe this is the house katty corner to our house and we live next to the feed mill on merchant.....don't the carpenter's have a freihoffer's trailer? i know them and i believe they are on merchant across from depot st next to tracks
