In Johnson City, it was obvious that we aren't alone here in the Southern Tier. This Jamesport firefighter could be heard checking in with family, repeating "Johnson City" as the place he was calling from. There were no less 10 different names on fire vehicles that were there to help us. Even after living in the area for over 30+ years I would have to look up the names to know where they were from. This group from Whitehall was one of several that were going door to door asking if water needed to be pumped out of homes.
