This mannequin looked like she had given at least an arm to help cleaning up the aftermath of the flood in JC. People were out helping their neighbors, taking off their shoes and putting on their boots and gloves. You could see partially empty water bottles placed on mud covered furniture everywhere, indicating homeowners and friends had only taken a break in the work, then back on the job. One woman came into the area not knowing anyone there, but opened her car door and started handing out pieces of pizza. To those who were hungry. Neighbor helping neighbor. Good people.
