The Susquehanna River has crested and is starting to slowly recede but it is going to take a very long time to get Owego back to any form of normalcy.

Spend some more tax payer money on a stupid river walk mayor instead of protecting property, cut public safety some more, what quality of life do we have now?. We need flood control, police and fire. People can find some where else to go for a walk.
