I went into Owego yesterday and came out very humbled to say the least. I made sure to tell everyone, that they weren't alone, but because all access to town was cut off, no one could get in to help them. They are relying on each other. There are places giving food like Mario's, and trucks frequently cruising by asking if people are ok with water. It's very somber. They are very much in need of all hands on deck when you can get there.
HELLO anyone out there?
