i live there but i am being sheltered in candor.... i went to school in owego and its hard to say... i miss the old town.... i will prey 4 all the ppl who lost their home!!

I surely hate to see all of this. I moved from Owego to North Carolina in 1981. Sending best wishes to all whom still live there!
