The wedding of Jennifer and Derek Bryant, was relocated at least 4 times and a week later beginning with the flooded out Hickories Park in Owego. Finally on high ground in Vestal, the couple were married one week later. One would never know the stress and confusion this couple and their families had to undergo, to finally get married.
