After the historic floods earlier this year many of Owego's businesses are still struggling to reopen. Sweet Valley Bakery on Main Street and the Cellar Restaurant are just two. The bakery is getting a new floor while the Cellar is adding a new Riverwalk facade and deck with steps to the Riverwalk, making it accessible to customers from the Riverwalk.
