What a gift today was! Another gorgeous day in the Southern Tier. A little chipmunk posed briefly for me, long enough so I could take a shot of him. I also saw some geese taking a swim, soaking up the sunshine. There were even a few trees with some colored leaves and a lone milkweed hanging out in the field. I'm going to enjoy those last signs of Fall as long as I can. Ah, it sure is fun to take a stroll in the woods. You never know who or what you are going to see. So far thankfully, no bears.
