Late afternoon in downtown Endicott near U-E High School, I could tell by those clouds "Old Man Winter" wanted to let us know he was on his way soon. Later at sun set on Carpathian Hill in JC, the snow and wind was so strong, it was hard to hold my camera still. Sun gave it a good fight and tried to appear from behind those clouds.
