The Tioga County Arts Council in Owego is busy getting ready for the upcoming holiday season. This display, which is new this year, can be seen in their "Artspace Gallery" in front if their office space. The beautiful art on display is part of a larger collection by Susanne Whiting. A local artist, Susanne is an "Abstract Linear Painter".
