In the Binghamton airport Wednesday, November 23rd at around 4:00 PM, travellers headed toward San Fransisco for the holidays learned their flight was cancelled. While working out what to do about the delay, members of Team #454 of a scavenger hunt named G.I.S.H.W.H.E.S. (Greatest International Scavenger Hunt the World Has Ever Seen), a guiness world record breaking event, asked the travelers if they could put their hair in pony tails and perform a conga line while sing the "My Little Pony" theme song. This was item #195 of 219 on the list for the scavenger hunt (Can be found at http://greatestinternationalscavengerhunttheworldhaseverseen.com/list-of-items/ ). The travelers were happy to help and were enthusiastic in performing the task. It helped lift their spirits after the crushing blow of hearing the cancellation. Also on the list is item #169: "Submit a video of a television screen showing a local television news show that mentions GISHWHES and your team number. This must be an actual news show." If you could please report on this it would be amazing. Our team currently has over 40 of the items done and is working on several more.
