It has been over a month since the devastating flood of 2011. It is really great to see that many of the businesses in the Village of Owego are open or about to be. It shows the strength and resiliency of the local townfolk. It will still take a long time but I know that the "Coolest Small Town in America" will come back stronger than ever.
