The colors of Christmas exploded in the skies over the town of Owego! I unfortunately didn't take into consideration what happens to the lense of a camera going in and out from warm to icy cold and ended up with a foggy look... I decided that my fireworks pictures at this year's Festival of lights certainly looked different from years past. But that's ok. this festival was different that those of the past. This one was a celebration in spite of the September floods. 3 Cheers for Owego! Welcome back.
