While taking a walk this past weekend (January 14-16), I came across a mink and its' catch. It reminds you that not all things that you see in nature are going to be a pretty site. Then I looked at the ice below the dam on our pond and saw this heart. It was just what I needed to remind me how beautiful my little neck of the woods is.
