During December 2011, the Borrowed Freedom Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy program participated in the Globalgiving.org Winter Challenge. Almost $6000 was raised during the challenge which will purchase an Equicizer and fund the construction of a new therapy room. This will allow our program to serve more than 100 students each year, all year long, at no charge to the families.
We thank everyone who made this possible! We will be ordering our Equicizer 1/27/2012 and beginning construction on the therapy room 2/1/2012. The dedication and naming of the Equicizer will be held at the farm on 5/5/2012.
