Can anyone define accident? That is what happened here. Sometimes that is forgotten. At least they are both ok. Vehicles are replaceable people are not no matter who you are!

how do u know how fast she was driving dave? n since when is 15 mph too fast? It wasn't any one's fault! She hit black ice and lost all control. stop making her out to be a criminal. not like she did it on purpose!! n now shes reminded of it everyday

thank you 4 your comment nygirl1964a that is very true. the roads were very slick that night and to anonymous when i posted this story names had not been released yet both the deputy and ( chris ) the driver of the SUV are both ok

the news kept saying chris was charged withe the accident like she was a criminal. It was never mentioned how bad the roads were or that she was on a bridge or that her car lost traction. Let's get all facts here.

it WAS a very bad accident and the "other person" has a name. But nobody seems to care about her or how she is doing! Thank the Lord both the Sheriff and Chris only suffered minor injuries. We should keep them both in our prayers for healing.
