I suppose Mother Nature is a bit confused about What to "Wear" today? My tulips aren't coming up just yet. It wouldn't have surprised me when I went to check. I could have been convinced it was spring today. Looking out at the skies after noon time, half of the sky was shinning with strong sunlight, while the other skies were dark and ominous.
