The Broome County Department of Public Transportation has implemented bus service schedule changes effective January 23, 2012.

This survey provides an opportunity for those who use the bus, and are impacted by the schedule changes to report on how they have been affected. The survey can also be used by employers, agencies and others who are aware of how the schedule changes have impacted workers, clients, friends, and/or family members.

The survey information will be reviewed and shared to help assist those in need of transportation services, now and in the future, and to help inform transportation service providers, policy makers and other interested parties.
