Although brought to the attention of Verizon weeks ago, this flood debris remains entangled in what appears to be communications and utility company electric cables. Following a number of emails, Verizon opted to merely send a technician to verify telephone service was in order at the home of the person who brought this matter of potential concern to their attention. This is the Endicott/Vestal Bridge on the western (down steam) side. Photos were taken at the north western corner of the bridge.
