Today before the snow showers started, I revisited the old coal tipple in South Waverly. It's a very interesting piece of old architecture that is still standing. I captured more pictures of the coal shoots that delivered various sizes of coal for various purposes. Here's a picture of the old coal shoot that delivered nut-sized coal for delivery at the old coal tipple in South Waverly. Judging by the condition of the shoot, it must have been a popular size coal.
