I hadn't taken my dogs to the "Cheri A. Lindsay" park, off leash dog park before today. While there was no one else around, it was a perfect sun filled day to be a dog and explore a new place. A place they can just 'be a dog'. Before we left one other dog came for some play time. It was their first visit too. There are no signs indicating this is an off leash dog park, and I wondered it there were plans to expand on the 'Doggieness'. I'm so happy just to have a place my dogs can safely run like dogs, and interact with other dogs. A fenced in patch of grass is good, but would be nice if more people knew about it.
